Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Associate- Real Estate Laws. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing a variety of legal cases, conducting in-depth research, preparing legal drafts, and representing clients in court proceedings. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on legal matters, staying up to date with changes in laws and regulations, and mentoring junior associates within the firm.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in litigation and legal drafting

In-depth knowledge of real estate law and related policies

Strong research and analysis skills to interpret laws and provide guidance

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client advisory skills

Ability to work collaboratively, lead teams, and manage client relationships

Professional experience in a law firm or legal department

Licensed to practice law in accordance with applicable regulations

Proficiency in Tamil is a plus
