1.Achievement of sales & collection in an assigned territory. 2. Technically understand Customer’s requirements and provide solutions for NDT Products, adding value in terms of better performance & improved process efficacy. 3. Provide Product Demonstration to customers in various industry verticals such as Automotive, Aviation, General Engineering, Forging, Casting & foundries and Heavy Fabrication, etc. & help customers appreciate the true value of ZChem Products resulting in business generation. 4. Manage a team of Dealer / Distributors & ensure optimal product performance to Customer’s processes. 5. Strategize and plan for sales, forecasting, pricing, distribution, and overall profitability. 6. Conduct effective Market Research, and Competitors Analysis and apply this information to increase sales. 7. Estimation of RFQs and Sales proposals. 8. Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists, and other sensitive company information. 9. To interact with Customers, Principals, and Dealers for pre- and post-project activities. 10. Handle all technical support. 11. Developing proof of performance, case studies, trial reports & other collaterals. 12. Maintain excellent working relationships with customers & scout for new areas of value added through Application Engineering.
