Role : Full-Stack Engineer (High-Ownership, Core Tech Team)

Location : Bengaluru

Level : Founding-Level Role

You will work directly with the Founder to architect, build and scale the complete digital ecosystem, including :

Web application
Mobile app
Seller panel
Admin dashboard
APIs & integrations

You are someone who thinks like a builder, not an employee.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain both front-end and back-end systems end-to-end

Own architecture decisions for scalability and performance

Build user-facing interfaces with excellent UI execution

Develop marketplace workflows (catalog, orders, payments, returns)

Manage integrations with logistics, payment gateways, analytics tools

Work in sprint mode to deliver features fast

Collaborate with design, operations and business teams

Ensure clean, maintainable and well-tested code

Optimize systems for speed, cost and reliability

Prepare technology roadmap for upcoming phases

Qualifications

Strong experience in full-stack development

Proficiency in React / Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB / SQL

Experience with mobile frameworks (React Native preferred)

Understanding of architecture, microservices, APIs

Experience building products from 0 → 1 is a huge advantage

Knowledge of AWS / DevOps workflows

Strong debugging, optimization and problem-solving skills

Hunger to build, ownership mindset, startup energy

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise
