Your Mission : The Role
Solving for better.
You are an outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver ( fds ) leading the attraction strategy for our AI-powered modern tech consultancy from the first principles. You’ll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for executing the sourcing function that brings transformative talent into the organization by solving differently & questioning the status quo in recruiting. Let’s be clear : this is not your typical HR administrative role where success is measured in paperwork. Your Responsibilities
What you will wake up to solve : This isn't a 'wait for resumes' role. You are the architect and the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) to strategize as well as execute the sourcing strategy that brings in world-class Searcians .
Your mission is to partner with our hiring teams, leverage our 'solver DNA' to disrupt traditional recruiting processes and genuinely futurify our talent function to create 'real value' (fast, quality hires).
Here’s how you’ll make your mark :
Own the Talent Pipeline with a founder’s mindset.
Be a Sourcing Specialist and execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce.Implement the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles (Engineering, Cloud, Data, etc.).Source potential candidates through generating referrals from internal employees, leveraging job boards, social media channels (e.G., LinkedIn, Cutshort), and professional networks.Architect efficient talent outcomes.
Qualify candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit , utilizing a behavioral-based approach and defined screening criterias.Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans.Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS .Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates to capture up to date market intelligence and brief them on potential opportunities.Lead by example & impact, Not control.
Own the end to end recruitment process, optimize its cost, and deliver the best talent at the right time and at the right costs.Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters and marketing campaigns.Model extreme ownership, radical clarity, calm in chaos.Live the “Always in Beta” mindset—building capabilities to help reduce the time to hire and improve the overall efficiency of hiring.Functional Skills :

Experience & Relevance :
2-5 years of experience in talent sourcing is what we are looking at, preferably in a technology, data engineering, AI, or consulting background.Consulting Pedigree : A background or passion for the consulting / tech space is highly valued.Commercial Leadership : Demonstrated ability to execute on aggressive hiring targets and deliver cost-efficient talent outcomes.Locally Tuned : You know the terrain—talent communities, sourcing platforms, and compensation trends.Bonus Points (you will thrive if you have) :
