As an early-stage startup focused on design-led storytelling, we are looking for a highly creative Designer / Senior Designer to build compelling brand narratives across visual formats—with graphics at the core. Role OverviewWe're seeking a versatile and AI-native designer who is deeply comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert in graphic design and able to create consistent, high-quality visual assets that bring the brand vision to life. This is a hands-on role that combines creative thinking, execution excellence, and an openness to experimenting with AI design workflows to enhance speed and impact. Industry Preference : Luxury, FMCG, Lifestyle, Consumer Brands, Startups Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the visual identity of SWAH and other portfolio brands, ensuring consistency across digital, packaging, retail, and campaigns. Conceptualize and create high-quality graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, website, packaging, and offline touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into effective visual outputs. Stay ahead of design and AI trends, introducing new tools and workflows to scale creative production. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design quality across all external-facing assets. RequirementsYou're a Great Fit If You : Have 3–6 years of professional design experience, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, premium D2C, or agency environments. Are an expert in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent). Are an AI-native designer—fluent in using AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, DALL

• E, etc.) to accelerate workflows without compromising creativity. Possess strong attention to detail, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate brand strategy into design.
