Job Title : Level 2 Production Support Engineer GenAI Platform

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Kubernetes cluster operations and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, or similar)
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (vanilla K8s) and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes
• Proficiency in analyzing logs and system metrics for diagnosis
• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
