- To engage with customers to find their needs for equipment, machines and assy. automation solutions and generate RFQ, develop Proposals, win orders.
- To identify new business opportunities , and meet sales growth objectives profitably in both Auto / Non-Auto customers to identify potential opportunities.
- To maintain customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Suggest Partnership Strategy and maintain relationship with partners.

Functional :
Interacts with customers to set into on their requirements on capital items such as equipment's, machines, automation solutions for Assembly line & Robotics.Develops and maintains relationship with partners to achieve organization goals continuouslySets Marketing objectives and identifies strategies in the areas of Sales growth & New opportunities, develop customer base.Prepares and releases Sales Projections for further actions at AMTIXIdentifies new business opportunities and get organizational buy in to pursue each opportunityIdentifies gaps in product offerings and customer needs to initiate product development activitiesAbility to articulate during price negotiations.Reviews periodically the progress of projects committed to customer and ensure milestonesare achieved.Keeps track of customer & competitor activities and advise organization on appropriate interventionsBudgeting :
Prepares sales budget for internal and management approvalManagement Reporting :
Provides segment inputs for Sales Performance report on a monthly basis and recommendations.People Responsibilities :
Works closely with Vice President-Business Development & Design and section managers forNew RFQS and Proposals.
Organizational Interventions :
Actively leads / participates in organizational interventions (need based).Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics with experience in equipment's sales and service.
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 5 - 7years in Sales & Marketing of capital equipment’s and automations.
