Senior Legal Associate - Business Integrity & Data Privacy (Ice Cream)

As a Senior Legal Associate within the Ice Cream Legal Powerhouse, you will provide crucial, structured support to the team and the broader business.

Your responsibilities will encompass : (i) assisting the Global Business Integrity Team in their business partnering, core compliance, and investigations to uphold business integrity; and (ii) serving as the initial point of contact for our brands and functions navigating Ice Cream's privacy processes.

This role demands a strong ethical compass, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in working with data, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Responsibilities : Business Integrity

• Play a key role in managing the speak-up program, including generating reports, ensuring timely and high-quality case closures, and providing guidance and feedback to investigators.
• Conduct quality control checks on investigation reports and outcomes to ensure alignment with Ice Cream policies and standards.
• Triage and resolve conflict of interest and gifts & hospitality disclosures, applying a risk-based approach and escalating issues as necessary.
• Mitigate third-party red flag risks by collaborating with subject matter experts and various business units.
• Support global Business Integrity efforts by ensuring Ice Cream employees complete mandatory learning programs.
• Collaborate with other functions and regions to foster a culture of integrity and ethical leadership across Ice Cream.
