Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager in the Furniture Division, based in Bangalore.
The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, business development, and client acquisition in the Northeast region. The role includes engaging with architects, hotels, HNIs, and dealers, achieving sales targets, and expanding GEBE’s market presence.
Key responsibilities include :
Executing monthly sales and revenue targets
Conducting a minimum of 4 client meetings per day
Building long-term relationships with key clients and dealers
Identifying new market opportunities and developing growth strategies
Managing lead pipelines, sales reporting, and CRM updates
Collaborating with design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand positioning
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in furniture, interior, or architectural product sales
Strong understanding of furniture industry fundamentals, materials, and design trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
Highly disciplined, with the ability to plan and execute a structured daily sales routine
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience in data-driven decision-making and sales reporting tools (CRM / Asana)
Must own a car (4-wheeler) and be open to regional travel
