Healthcare Inside Sales Executive – Therapy Programs (Remote | US Shift)

Work Mode : 100% Remote

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift – IST)

Weekly Off : 2 Days (Rotational)

Shifa Therapy is an online platform dedicated to nurturing the mental health and emotional well-being of Muslims through a faith-based approach. We connect clients with licensed Muslim therapists who understand their faith, values, and cultural context. The service offers confidential video sessions to address stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. Our mission is to provide care that aligns with Islamic beliefs, fostering healing, growth, and spiritual wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients who have shown interest in therapy sessions via calls, chats, or CRM leads.
  • Understand client concerns and emotional wellness goals to recommend the most suitable therapy plan.
  • Clearly explain Shifa Therapy’s programs, benefits, pricing, and therapist matching process.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound communications with international clients (primarily from the US).
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets through effective consultation and empathy-driven conversations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing to improve client engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Therapist Coordination and Leadership Teams to share feedback and continuously improve client experience and sales processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and confident before beginning therapy.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Healthcare, Wellness, or Counseling Sales (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in mental wellness, therapy, or healthcare service sales preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with strong listening and empathy.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones (Night Shift – IST).
  • Experience using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • A strong sense of empathy, patience, and understanding towards client emotional needs.
