Senior Functional Consultant - Oracle SCM Module

Description : About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant Oracle SCM Fusion to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly in Inventory Management and Procurement, and will play a key role in end-to-end solution delivery, process design, configuration, and user enablement.

This role requires strong business acumen, excellent client-facing communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Oracle Cloud SCM Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to align Oracle Cloud functionality with business requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM applications to meet client needs.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDs) for customizations, reports, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with technical and integration teams to develop, test, and deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training documentation.
• Conduct user training sessions, functional testing, and UAT support.
• Manage data migration and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide postgo-live support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
• Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive solution design and adoption.
