Job Description

The Back Office staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company. They are responsible for handling administrative tasks that support the business operations behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize good computer knowledge to perform various back-office tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Excel MS Office and MS Word for data entry analysis and reporting.
  • Capable of drafting documents and correspondence accurately.
  • Excellent English communication skills for internal and external communication.
  • Manage email communication professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in HR admin tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in back-office roles is preferred.
  • Good understanding of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
