We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer with deep expertise in Power Amplifiers (PAs) , Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) , and Front-End Module (FEM) IC development. The role involves end-to-end design, simulation, validation, and optimization of RF circuits across X / Ku / Ka / E bands .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and layout PA, LNA, and FEM ICs for multi-band RF applications.
• Optimize RF performance for linearity, noise figure, gain, power efficiency, and bandwidth .
• Conduct EM simulations and ensure design robustness.
• Develop test plans and perform RF characterization using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment.
• Debug and resolve RF design issues throughout the development cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements, reviews, and design integration.
• Guide junior engineers and support methodology improvements.
