At Cosmere Technologies , we deliver cutting-edge BIM solutions for the AEC industry. We’re expanding our team and looking for BIM-proficient professionals who are excited to work exclusively on Scan to BIM projects .

🧩 Position

Scan to BIM Modeler (Point Cloud / Reverse Engineering)

⚠️ Core role will be Scan to BIM (point cloud–based modeling) .

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong BIM / Revit experience , especially from CAD / PDF to BIM backgrounds, as they adapt quickly to Scan-to-BIM.

Prior point cloud experience is a plus but not mandatory .

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Create Revit models from point clouds (as-built / reverse engineering).
• Work exclusively on Scan to BIM projects .
• Handle and process point cloud datasets — internal training will be provided .
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP elements accurately.
• Follow internal Scan to BIM standards and QC workflows .
• Coordinate with the team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
