Vision Plus - Manager - Accounting

the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the accounting and financial activities of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of TDS, GST filing, salary processing, vendor payments, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file TDS and GST returns on time.
• Oversee salary processing and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
• Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Manage GST and TDS claims, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and review bills, invoices, and vouchers.
• Supervise inventory management and ensure accurate accounting of stock.
• Coordinate with auditors for monthly and annual audits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Support management with financial data and reports for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Education Qualification : MBA Finance preferred).
