Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon, India for the role of Brand Manager. The role involves leading brand strategy, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing brand communication, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels. The Brand Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, develop plans to enhance brand equity, and drive growth through innovative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Market Positioning, and Competitive Analysis
• Proficiency in Marketing and Communication, with skills in Campaign Development and Execution
• Experience in Content Creation, Community Engagement, and Social Media Management
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and drive informed decisions
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a leadership role within brand management or marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
