About the Role

An experienced Junior Architect with 5 years in the field, contributing to the full lifecycle of architectural projects—from concept development to construction documentation and site coordination. Skilled in design, technical detailing, and project support, with a strong understanding of building standards and modern architectural tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings .
• Prepare construction documents, working drawings, and BIM models with precision.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, measurements, and progress reporting .
• Support project management tasks including timelines, material selection, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines .
• Prepare and support client presentations, project proposals, and design reports .
• Assist in managing junior team members or interns, providing design and drafting guidance.
