Process
- Futuristic Capability building - Simulation, Optimization, Data Visualization Softwares etc
- NVA elimination program - transportation reduction, return simplification, negative flow elimination, flex manpower usage, frugal automation, etc
- Enable Process Optimization and build Process Controls thru AI ML Applications and Capabilities
- Capture Voices build future ready capabilities / program for the BU working close with the Execution team
- Simplification of Processes thru RPAs
- Build and enable deployment of Supply Chain Excellence Program for BU
- Enable Continuous Improvement culture thru Kaizen / LSS Program
