Travocorp – Corporate Travel Management Platform

Travocorp is a tech-enabled corporate travel management platform offering seamless bookings, travel policy control, approval workflows, savings visibility, MIS reporting, and traveler safety — all in one place.

We are enhancing our mobile app and web portal to support new features including corporate cabs, better approval journeys, and more user-friendly dashboards — and we are looking for a skilled UI / UX Designers to help shape a world-class experience for our corporate travellers.

This is a 3-month freelance contract for Phase 1, with an extension opportunity based on performance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand business requirements and convert them into intuitive UX flows

Design and improve modules for :

Flights & Hotels booking

Corporate Cabs booking

Admin dashboards & approval workflows

Traveler profile, wallet, expense records, notifications

Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes & user journey maps

Create scalable design systems & reusable UI components

Conduct usability checks to optimize speed, clarity & consistency

Support developers with clean handoff using components & annotations

Requirements :

2–6 years of professional UI / UX experience (B2B, SaaS, traveltech or fintech preferred)

Strong expertise in Figma (design systems, prototypes, auto-layout)

Good grasp of UX heuristics, user psychology & accessibility guidelines

Ability to collaborate closely with product & development teams

Creativity & accountability in delivery

Preferred skill set :

Experience in travel tech, transportation, or enterprise dashboards

Knowledge of Jira / Confluence for workflow mapping

Contract Details :

Duration : 3 Months (extendable based on performance)

Mode : Freelance / Remote

Compensation : Competitive retainer / project-based pay
