Job descriptionEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, including RBI reporting, GAAP, IFRS, and industry-specific regulations. Manage capital structure and funding strategies, including equity and debt financing. Build relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to secure necessary funding. Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Implement risk management policies and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Ensure the team is equipped to meet the companys financial objectives. Leverage fintech innovations to optimize financial processes and systems. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant technologies to drive efficiency and scalability. Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and regulatory bodies. Provide clear and actionable financial insights to support Chartered Accountant 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in NBFC, fintech, technology, or a similar fast-paced industry is highly Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Deep understanding of fintech industry dynamics, including regulatory frameworks. Proven track record in capital raising, including venture capital and private equity. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
