Role Overview
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding customer reach, and building strong relationships with dental clinics, distributors, and channel partners. The role requires consistent field visits, product demonstrations, and achievement of monthly sales targets across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new dental clinics, dealers, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure revenue growth in the assigned region.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dentists and clinic staff.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the team.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads, enquiries, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
Maintain and update daily sales reports, visit logs, and customer databases.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and close sales deals.
Good understanding of field sales processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive travel.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
