Your Job Outcomes

In your first 90 days , you will :

Design and ship the first version of a production-ready AI agent capable of replacing at least one sales or operational role (originator, assistant, or closer).

Translate at least two human playbooks (e.g., sales closing, underwriting, customer onboarding) into executable agent workflows powering real customer conversations.

Implement the backend systems required to make agents :

Answer, follow-up, and close autonomously.

Handle and remember conversations (basic memory stack).

Stay fully compliant (recording, transcripts, logging).

Launch and run live agent demos that :

Operate 24 / 7 without human fallback.

Achieve at least a 95% successful task completion rate in production demos.

Collaborate directly with the founder and founding team to ship your first major agent into production — with real customers — by month 3 .

Iterate on at least 5 customer-facing conversational improvements based on real feedback within your first 100 days.

Ship faster than any other project you’ve worked on — weekly releases expected, not optional.

Visit US to implement agents at client sites for 1-6 months every year.

Compensation range : ₹4.8–7.2 LPA (fixed base), exclusive of equity, performance bonus, and revenue share components.
