Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through various channels,
including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Sales Outreach : Engage with potential clients to understand their technology needs, present
tailored solutions, and articulate the value of our technology products and services.
Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads, tracking
progress, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our technology solutions and hardware
infrastructure offerings, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits and
features to clients.
Client Relationship Building : Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
within enterprise organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Collaboration : Work closely with the field sales team, technical pre-sales, and other
departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Sales Reporting
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance
metrics to the Sales Manager, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues
or concerns and coordinating with relevant teams to provide solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field ispreferred. Experience : 3-4 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on selling technologysolutions and hardware infrastructure to enterprise clients. Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking,and cloud solutions. Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and sales tracking systems. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients andeffectively convey complex information. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiessimultaneously. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, handling high-volume outbound calls andemails. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Solution Selling, or Challenger Sales. Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, Intelligent Automation, or cybersecurity.
