We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in sales and will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in sales or customer service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Education
