Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Pune. The role involves assisting clients with buying properties, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, networking with clients and industry professionals, and staying informed on property values and legal requirements.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property transactions
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Pune
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills is an advantage
