JOB DESCRIPTION
- 3-6 years of experience in L2 / L3 level Control-M Administration and scheduling, Maintenance, Enhancement, Production / Application Support, and Infrastructure Administration.
- Must be Infrastructure Administrator of Control-M and have deep knowledge and experience on the BMC Control-M platform as a whole, all of its core components (Server, EM,CCM, Agents, GUI, etc.)
- Perform upgrade / migration and new installation of Control-M / Server, Control-M / EM and Agents
- Should have experience in DR / HA activity
- Perform daily analysis and reporting of production
- Installing, configuring Agents Plug-ins for Control-M
- Should have sound knowledge and hands-on on Control-M Utility
- Evaluate system performance and recommend the improvement
- Document technical and operational procedures for reference purposes
- Track production incidents and work with cross-functional teams for resolution
- Should have good knowledge and hands-on in control-M Rest API
- Good knowledge on control-M job creation and its maintenance, calendar Creations / Maintenance
- Resolving high priority issue related Control-M
- Perform maintenance activities
- L2 level of activities in Job Scheduling Environments Primary : Control-M;
Secondary : UC4 / Autosys / JSC
Knowledge on both UNIX and Windows environments is mandatorySound knowledge to recommend suggestions that will comply with standards and best practicesShould have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;helps contribute to timely completion of project deliverables well short of schedule
Must resolve production high severity issues in a timely mannerProvide on-call support for production environment during non-business hoursRich exposure in automation & programming through UNIX shell scripting, Python or any other scripting language is added advantageProfile Required
