Job descriptionDevelop high-performing reusable and reliable Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components and Apex classes / triggers. Customize and configure Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features. Implement declarative tools (Flows Process Builder Validation Rules) where appropriate. Design and maintain complex integration mechanisms (REST / SOAP APIs middleware). Define scalable and secure Salesforce architecture following best practices. Ensure data integrity governance and compliance with Salesforce standards. Manage code branching CI / CD pipelines and deployment through tools like Copado Gearset or GitHub Actions . Work closely with business users product owners and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Provide technical guidance during requirement analysis and solution design workshops. Support release management and production deployment cycles. 7 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex (Classes Triggers Batch Schedulers) . Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations. Proficiency in SOQL SOSL and governor limit handling. Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs Platform Events or middleware (MuleSoft Dell Boomi etc.). Deep understanding of Salesforce Security Model Sharing Rules and Profiles / Permission Sets . Experience with CI / CD tools (Copado GitHub Jenkins etc.) and version control (Git) . Excellent understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management . Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills. Salesforce certifications such as : Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (Good to Have) Experience Cloud Consultant(Good to Have) Exposure to DevOps Agile methodologies and Jira / Confluence . Knowledge of Data Migration tools (Data Loader Data Import Wizard).
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
Budget : 34 LPA
Working Hours : (local time or reference US time zones) M - F 2 pm - 11 pm

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to design develop and lead the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex Integration frameworks and Salesforce architecture with the ability to guide teams through best practices and complex technical designs.
Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design development and deployment of Salesforce solutions using best practices.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Mentor and review the work of developers ensuring adherence to standards and quality.
- Collaborate with architects admins and business analysts to define optimal solutions.
