Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst Programmer - IBM Sterling . This position will  be  full-time employment and Location Bangalore -Hybrid.

What You’ll Do

• The Sr. IBM Sterling Analysts will be mainly responsible for providing analysis and programming, and support to clients primarily using IBM Sterling Integrator platform. The resource will work in a team environment with responsibility for the on-time delivery of multiple customer projects, maintaining communication with the applications IT customers keeping them updated with the status of their requests and proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established SLA’s.
• Ability to support and develop applications to the issues raised by project managers / stakeholders.
• Able to detect the cause of the issues.
• Able to implement preventive actions to recurring issues and find a solution to fix them.
• Proactively document development work, including findings and resolutions.
• English : excellent verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Maintain a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and upholds the company's image.
• Effectively identify and solve complex problems.
