About the Role :
As an Integration Consultant specializing in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, you will be a key player in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting robust integration solutions for our clients. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and understanding of B2B integration processes, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to connect disparate systems, streamline data exchange, and optimize business workflows. This role requires a strong problem-solving aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful integration Day to Day :
- Participate in the analysis of business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical integration designs utilizing IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, defining integration flows, data transformations, and communication protocols.
- Develop, configure, and deploy integration solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including mapping, translation, business process modeling, and adapter configuration.
- Implement and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions, including onboarding trading partners, configuring communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP), and troubleshooting EDI-related issues.
- Utilize your knowledge of ITX (IBM Transformation Extender) and LightWell for complex data transformations and mapping requirements.
- Develop and execute thorough unit, integration, and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and addressing any identified issues.
- Assist with the deployment of integration solutions to various environments and provide post-go-live support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborating closely with functional consultants, developers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience as an Integration Consultant with a strong focus on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Proven expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (configuration, development, deployment, and troubleshooting).
- Solid understanding and practical experience with ITX (IBM Transformation Extender) for data mapping and transformation.
- Experience with LightWell for monitoring and managing Sterling Integrator environments.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with secure file transfer protocols, particularly AS2 and SFTP.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sterling Integrator functionalities and best practices.
- Strong understanding of EDI concepts, document standards, and partner onboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting AS2 and SFTP connections.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
