• Develop and customize FlexPLM solutions using Java and Windchill APIs.
• Configure FlexPLM modules including BOM, Product Structure, Change Management, and Workflow.
• Administer and maintain the FlexPLM system including user roles, lifecycles, and data models. Integrate FlexPLM with ERP, CAD, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data migration from legacy systems to FlexPLM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FlexPLM.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in FlexPLM upgrade planning and execution.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
