Employment Type : Full-Time / Desk Job

Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding new clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about engaging prospects to convert them into long-term business relationships.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a mix of research, outreach, and consultative selling — especially in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospects for web and mobile development services.
  • Engage with decision-makers, present service offerings, and handle queries effectively.
  • Conduct online meetings, walkthroughs, and solution demos.
  • Create and send tailored proposals and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on lead status.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required Skills :

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales, client acquisition, or business development.
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach and lead generation.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
