Procurement Engineer

to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high-precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end procurement of ultra-high purity materials, including stainless steel tubes, fittings, valves, and cleanroom-certified equipment.

Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to align procurement schedules with project execution plans.

Oversee logistics, inventory management, and warehousing to ensure timely availability of critical components.

Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with domestic and international suppliers.

Drive supplier performance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reliability.

Ensure all materials comply with SEMI, PED, and other international standards for semiconductor and PV solar applications.

Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management on spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain Management.

5–10 years of procurement and supply chain experience in the semiconductor, PV solar, or high-tech manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of ultra-high purity materials, cleanroom standards, and global supplier ecosystems.

Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.

Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.

Track record of driving cost savings, efficiency improvements, and supplier quality enhancements.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with tight deadlines.
