Job descriptionME / M.Tech and BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT. PhD or pursuing PhD from Tier-1 institutes preferred. 5-7 years teaching / research experience; SET / NET / JRF / GATE qualified is a plus. Strong subject knowledge in programming, AI, ML, Data Science, Cloud, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, IoT. Passionate educator, researcher, and mentor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative team player with high EQ and SQ.

Position : Assistant Professor – MIT College of Railway Engineering & Research
Location : Barshi, Solapur, Maharashtra
Employment Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in Computer Science and related fields using activity-based and industry-relevant approaches.
- Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to academic and institutional growth.
- Engage students in projects, seminars, workshops, and connect academia with industry.
- Participate in curriculum design, quality assurance (NBA / NAAC / UGC / AICTE), and innovative teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
