The role : Client Success Specialist
This role is built for someone who wants to own the client journey and not just close a deal.
You will be paired with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive and work as a unified team that manages everything from the first conversation to sustained account growth .
Your focus is fairly simple :
Bring the right clients
Understand their hiring needs
Position GoodSpace as a trusted solution
You set the expectation — your TA partner delivers the outcomes. What You’ll Own
- Lead client relationships from first outreach to a long-term renewal
- Identify, pitch and close new business for us
- Collaborate with your TA partner to deliver high-quality hires with speed
- Maintain a strong pipeline & a clean, data-backed CRM
- Understand insights to upsell, retain & expand accounts
- Represent GoodSpace.ai as a polished, modern face of intelligent hiring
What You Bring
1 to 3 years in B2B sales, SaaS, HRTech or recruitment business developmentStrong closing ability with very clear and structured communicationConfidence while presenting to founders, HR Leaders, CXOs etc.A metrics-first approach — Conversions, pipeline health, revenueComfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsBonus Points
