Job descriptionMinimum 1.5 year of experience in US bookkeeping Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Good understanding of US accounting principles Strong Excel Sheets skills Good written & verbal communication
We Are Hiring – Account Executive (US Bookkeeping Process)
Location : Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Experience Required : Minimum 1.5 year (US Accounting / Bookkeeping)
Salary Range : INR 25K to INR 35K
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day bookkeeping for US clients
- Accounts payable / accounts receivable tracking
- Bank, credit card & ledger reconciliation
- Month-end closing activities
- Preparation of financial statements & reporting
- Communication with clients via email / calls (as needed)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience with payroll processing
Knowledge of US sales tax & 1099 compliance
