WE ARE HIRING FOR A SCHEDULED COMMERCIAL BANK - ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK

Key responsibilities :

• Loan processing and disbursement :
• Evaluate loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess the purity, weight, and market value of gold items to determine loan amounts.
• Perform credit appraisals and disburse loans according to policy.
• Ensure smooth execution of all processes, including data entry, closure, and renewal of accounts.
• Customer service :
• Provide prompt and high-quality customer service, handling queries both pre- and post-disbursement.
• Explain loan terms and conditions to clients.
• Build customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Sales and marketing :
• Promote and sell gold loan products to new and existing customers.
• Generate leads from open markets and referrals.
• Cross-sell other bank products like savings accounts, mutual funds, or fixed deposits.
• Compliance and operations :
• Ensure all operations are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and manage file management.
• Securely store pledged gold and manage the keys to storage facilities.
• Liaise with internal departments and respond to audit findings to ensure zero discrepancies.
