About the Role
We are an ambitious Indian Fashion brand entering a hyper-growth phase. With a strong presence across EBOs, MBOs, and e-commerce, we are now poised to scale from ₹100 Cr to ₹300 Cr in the next 2–3 years.
We are seeking a Sales & Operations Head who will directly partner with and report to the Promoter , acting as the strategic and executional anchor for the brand’s expansion journey. This is a role for someone who thrives on making the unthinkable possible , moves with extreme urgency , and has the passion and capability to create and scale businesses from the ground up .

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Ownership & P&L Leadership
Lead the business roadmap to grow from ₹100 Cr to ₹300 Cr within 2–3 years.
Own the P&L for EBO, MBO, and e-commerce channels.
Build and execute a bold sales and operations strategy aligned with the MD’s vision.
Drive forecasting, planning, profitability, and operational efficiencies.
2. Rapid Retail Expansion (EBO / Franchise)
Build an aggressive EBO expansion blueprint for metro, Tier 1, and Tier 2 markets.
Create and scale a robust, profitable franchise network with strong partner ROI models.
Lead faster store rollouts, site identification, and operational readiness.
Ensure consistent brand standards through strong SOPs and customer experience metrics.
3. MBO Sales & Distribution Growth
Strengthen and scale the existing 200+ MBO partner network.
Expand into new territories and improve productivity and sell-through.
Drive visibility, merchandising excellence, and long-term partner relationships.
4. E-Commerce & Omni-Channel Growth
Scale marketplaces and the brand’s D2C business as core revenue drivers.
Improve assortment, visibility, conversion, and profitability through cross-functional collaboration.
Build a seamless omni-channel experience with unified inventory and customer engagement tools.
5. Team Leadership & Culture Building
Build and lead a mission-driven, high-performance sales and operations team .
Create a culture of speed, accountability, and execution excellence.
Mentor regional and functional leaders to operate at scale.
Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment across departments.
Professional Experience & Attributes
18–22 years in retail leadership roles, ideally in apparel or fashion wear.
Demonstrated experience in scaling retail networks and managing multi-format sales.
Strong P&L acumen and the ability to drive both topline and bottom-line performance.
Highly entrepreneurial, with a builder mindset and strong execution capability.
Excellent leadership, people development, and cross-functional influencing skills.
Ability to work closely with the MD as a trusted partner and growth driver.
