PMS TECHICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION
Functional responsibilities of PMS technician
- Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the machine
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance on machines to mitigate major breakdowns / stoppages of machines
- Diagnose and repair, or replace worn parts in machines and equipment, periodically
- Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties
- Ensure that the facility areas and work environment are free of hazardous objects and substances
- Assist in the preparation of the budget for facility installation or maintenance
- Keep a proper record of work activities, including all consumables, procurement, and maintenance costs
- Submit reports on work activities and progress of work to the supervisor
- Required to assist in the movement of materials and labour for projects.
- Assist to prepare the document for monthly and yearly audits.
- Need to work on the new installation of the machine and ensure on-time completion of the project
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Develop the PMS schedule for all equipment, depending on site conditions.
Requirements
DME or BE Mechanical technician / DEEE or BE electrical technician.Experience - 1 to 2 YearsBasic knowledge of Computer skills.Skills Required
