Creative Lead

About the Role :

Impulse Digital is looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer Manager who can lead the creative direction of the design team while also contributing hands-on to key projects. The role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver compelling visual communication across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring smooth workflow and delivery.
• Oversee the creation of digital creatives, campaign visuals, branding assets, and motion graphics.
• Interpret client briefs and ensure creative concepts align with brand objectives.
• Review, refine, and approve final design outputs.
• Collaborate with the social media, content, and strategy teams for consistent visual communication.
• Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.
• Introduce innovative ideas, design techniques, and creative approaches.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and creative execution.
