Key Responsibilities : End-to-end ownership of batch launch processes, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution. Liaise with Academic, Tech, Content, Student Support, and Product teams to ensure all pre-launch requirements are met. Develop and maintain batch launch trackers, timelines, and SOPs. Coordinate onboarding communication, orientation planning, and learning access for students. Identify and escalate any risks or bottlenecks that could affect the batch launch timeline. Ensure all tech tools, learning resources, and dashboards are tested and operational before batch start. Prepare reports and insights on batch readiness and post-launch performance. Provide training / support to internal stakeholders on launch procedures. Drive process improvements and automation opportunities for future batch launches. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Education, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or educational delivery roles. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). Experience in EdTech or academic operations will be a strong plus.
