Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Outdoor Advertising Sales in Mumbai at Bridgecomm. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to communication, sales, account management, marketing, and business development to promote and sell outdoor advertising solutions in the market.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or similar field
• 3–5 years of experience in outdoor advertising sales, OOH media, or corporate sales. Good network with media agencies, brands, and corporates in Mumbai
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi). Good at negotiation and closing big deals. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Street-smart, self-driven, and target-oriented. What You Will Do Find and onboard new clients for outdoor advertising in Mumbai.
• Keep a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain good relationships with agencies, government departments, corporates, and direct clients.
• Understand client needs and suggest the right advertising solutions. Negotiate prices, contracts, and deliverables. Work with internal teams to make sure campaigns run smoothly.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Look for chances to cross-sell and upsell other outdoor formats.

Salary : ₹50,000 - 60,000 per month.

Incentives : Extra earnings based on performance (no limit).
