We are looking for a highly skilled D365 Programmer?to join our team and lead the development, customisation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role focuses on Commerce,?Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management?and Finance modules.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a deep understanding of D365 modules, and experience with ecommerce integrations to enhance our business processes and deliver exceptional global retail and ecommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions (Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance or other D365 modules) tailored to business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Document development processes, architecture, and deployment instructions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay current with new Microsoft technologies and updates in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
• Ensure solutions comply with best practice regarding security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Application continuous improvement pipeline
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps components.
• Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Build and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights from business data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across D365 and Power Platform environments.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications & Experiences :

Skilled in developing and consuming APIs, including OData and RESTful services, and integrating D365 with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.
