Job Purpose

Accountable for L&D, Talent Management, and Employee engagement initiatives National rollouts and cluster level initiatives.

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

• Location : Karnataka / AP / Telangana
• Driving Training need assessment, design and rollout cluster specific / national capability building initiatives. Leverage E-learning and drive penetration and Utilization.
• Executive TM Agenda and Drive TM initiatives partnering with HRBP and CLT.
• Design and deliver cluster specific onboarding induction practices.
• Enable DAC process internal Talent pipeline creation and internal career opportunities.
• Design and execute local engagement initiatives and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyse VPS report and cascade the same to stakeholders, Drive Functional / Cluster action plans.
• Design and delivery along with CLT in building preferred place to work.
