Talent Development -Capability Program Analyst

What success looks like in this role :

• Provides Capability support for assigned areas of the business and / or for specific Capability Development processes.
• Works closely with HRBP, HR process owners and other stakeholders on all aspects of assigned tasks.
• With Capability and OD Consultant, engages with supported clients / stakeholders to understand :

Business priorities, challenges, threats, and anticipated changes, and

Performance assessment,

You will be successful in this role if you have :

MBA in HR with 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
