Oracle cloud HCM Functional- US payroll

Experience : 6 to 15Yrs

Required Skills & Qualifications :

6–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll.

Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.

Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations.

Proficiency in configuring Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.

Oracle Cloud HCM certification (preferred).
