Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming CVs and leads by opening and organizing files. You will be able to actively reach out to leads via phone calls, help with data management, and support various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Opening files as they receive CVs / leads
• Calling leads
• Data entry and management
• Using various platforms to source leads
• Ad hoc admin tasks
• Answer Incoming calls
