Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager specializing in US staffing. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth in the US staffing segment. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building client pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal recruitment team to align client requirements with suitable staffing solutions. The successful candidate will work towards obtaining a B1 visa within the first year as part of the role's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and market research
  • Experience in US staffing, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategies
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, manage sales pipelines, and meet revenue goals effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Understanding of workforce trends, market dynamics, and staffing models
  • Previous experience in obtaining and utilizing a B1 visa is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
