Job Description

Envertiz Consultancy is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Inside Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or international BPO sales, along with excellent communication and persuasion abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international prospects to promote products and services.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Identify customer needs, address objections, and deliver accurate product information.

Update and maintain call logs, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Meet daily / weekly / monthly call targets, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.

Work closely with the team to refine scripts and enhance conversion ratios.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication in English (international accent preferred).

Prior experience in BPO Voice Process, Telecalling, Telemarketing, or similar roles.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work under pressure while achieving consistent results.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
