About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital growth across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is a serious performance marketer with a proven record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns for D2C / consumer brands, and the ability to collaborate closely with creative and design teams to craft ad content that converts.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end performance funnel — from ad creation to revenue delivery — and must thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Own and deliver revenue targets, ROAS, and profitability KPIs for Shopify.
• Manage Shopify offer codes and integrate campaigns with platform performance.
• Continuously monitor campaigns to identify scaling opportunities and optimize underperformers.
• Collaborate with the creative / content and graphic teams to develop high-performing ad strategies, creatives, and offers.
• Track the customer journey (via Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, GA4) and optimize bounce rates.
• Drive improvements in conversion rates using audience insights and funnel optimization.
• Suggest and implement campaign constructs / offers aligned with real-time performance data.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of performance metrics — CAC, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spend, Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR, etc.
• Demonstrate proven experience in scaling Meta campaigns and designing high-ROI offer constructs.
• Take P&L accountability for Shopify — ensuring ad spend efficiency and profitable growth.
