Role Overview
This is a dual-role opportunity that combines end-to-end ownership of Talent Acquisition with strategic HR business partnering. The ideal candidate will have strong hiring experience, people-first thinking, and a track record of working in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
- Lead bulk hiring for sales and customer-facing roles with clear ownership of TAT and quality
- Create and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, vendor networks, and internal tools
- Drive recruitment drives and walk-in events across target locations
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle via Darwinbox, from requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with business heads for manpower planning and workforce alignment
HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted HR partner for assigned business unitsDrive key people processes : goal setting, reviews, engagement, and developmentProvide resolution to employee concerns while ensuring adherence to company policiesAnalyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights for business improvementFoster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and leadership supportWhat We’re Looking For
